If I see an attractive woman, what body language should I look for before i try to approach her?

I just want to meet somebody new, but i don't want to bother people either. Also i don't want to get shot down. Is there an easier way?

1. If you catch their eye and they make eye contact with you and then look away and look back and look at you again and smile that usually means they are open to you approaching them.
2. her eyes, if she is smiling at you, if she seems interested..
