9. that is a tricky question, because some women will fake when she cannot achieve her orgasm as a way of being "nice" to the guy to not bruise his ego. Another reason for a woman to fake is if she feels that the guy is getting frustrated that she may be taking longer than he expected. All you can do is try try try believe me you will know if she does reach that peak and explode...toes curling, back arching...
10. Sometimes even body language can't be trusted. I personally don't feel the need to fake it. If I'm not being satisfied, I let him know. Otherwise how else will he know? I have done it before just to get it over with and he never knew the difference.
