How can I learn to read body language?

I would like to learn to read body language. What is the best way a book,dvd,(Program like kevin hogan's)? Any free info on how to learn? Can the courses at college help? Any opinion and help will be appreciated.

1. Bombay's red light area and Kolkata's Bow Bazar would teach you most of it. To attain perfection, you observe the eves around you and learn it yourself. If some one teaches you, you will learn his body language only

Free info is available on the web, but you might come across not useful ones (like the one above) easily. The other thing is interact with people and learn the body language through observation and experience.
