Body Language?

I (a male) was in a business consultant's (a female) office the other day and she kept putting her hands in her hair and especially putting her hair behind her ears. I believe in body language -- what does this mean?

The female constantly "grooming" by running her hands through her hair "finger combing" and fluffing up her hair was unconsciously flirting, trying to look better to the male. However, in a work situation, women need an "open" appearance so as not to look seductive (a no-no in the business world, unless you are in advertising). How does she wear her hair normally? If it is normally tied back, it may be that she is not used to wearing it loose. Or it could be, you make her nervous. These are subtle clues. Ask her out for coffee to discuss business (It may be on the clock and cost you, if it does, she may not be interested). Hope this helps. In the work world you have to be very careful with the subtle hints people inadvertently broadcast.
