Communication Theories - Alan Please? Non-Verbal?
Help me! Basically I know that some man called alan please made up a theory about Non verbal communication, that i think suggests that 80% of all comms is NVC... Does anyone know any specifics to do with this? I really need some good solid information about this theory... If any one could help, you would be a lifesaver! Thanks..
