Some other tips on general body language might lead you up to the answer: Folding arms over chest could be seen as shutting people out, or trying to protect yourself if you feel insecure/intimidated. resting hands or fidgeting hands around the crotch area/pockets while you are in a conversation, suggests an almost aggressive flirting tactic, sexually related. When a male sits legs wide open is also an aggressive/overtly sexual invitation/suggestion etc Licking your lips repetitively... Turning your back on someone is a sign of dismissal/rejection. Females cross their legs in the direction of where their attention is focused. Sitting on a chair (like a sofa) in the middle suggests you don't want company. sitting to the one side of a 2 seater sofa suggests you're open to company. cheesy comments... cheesy grin... overkill on complements... there are plenty more...just watch other single desperate people and try to identify patterns.
