What culture has the weirdest non verbal communication gestures?

As opposed to gestures that seem normal to us.

6. I think blacks have the non verbal communication down pact. ever see the cut throat gesture. when you don't want to talk on the phone, just take your hand and make a cutting motion under the neck. this really kills me when my people do this. it makes me laugh so hard
